3. Live Selling & "Mine" Reservation Rules
Because our plus-size garments from Bangkok are limited in quantity:
- Item Reservation: To reserve an item shown on Facebook Live, viewers comment "Mine [Item Code]". Reservations are awarded to the first confirmed comment visible on our live host's stream screen.
- Official Invoicing: Invoices are sent only by our official Facebook page (facebook.com/bangkokplussizeootd) inside Messenger.
- 24-Hour Settlement Rule: Customers are requested to settle their invoice within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. Unpaid orders after 24 hours may be released to next-in-line miners.
4. Payment Security & QR Policy
Payment QR codes and bank details are shared strictly within Facebook Messenger by our official page. We will never ask you to input payment card details on this website or pay via personal profiles.
5. Shipping, Cargo Dispatch & Delivery
We fulfill orders directly from Bangkok to customers across the Philippines:

- Delivery Timelines: Express cargo shipping takes 5–7 days from Bangkok directly to your delivery address in the Philippines once payment is verified.

6. Return, Replacement & Defect Policy
We strive to inspect every piece carefully before packing:
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If an item arrives with an undisclosed factory defect, please contact us in Messenger with your order details and photos so our team can review the issue.
