What Customer Data We Hold
Because we do not have user accounts or web checkouts on this site, the only personal information we process consists of information voluntarily provided during or after our Facebook Live broadcasts:
- Customer recipient name
- Philippine delivery address
- Contact phone number
- Past chat history and payment confirmation screenshots inside Facebook Messenger
How to Request Data Deletion
If you wish to have your shipping information or contact records permanently removed from our active customer contact records, please follow these steps:
- Send a Deletion Request: Send “Data Deletion Request” in a direct message to our official Facebook Page at m.me/bangkokplussizeootd.

Provide Identifying Details: To locate your records, include:
- Your Facebook account name / Messenger profile handle
- The recipient contact phone number used for previous orders
- Processing & Confirmation: Our team will verify your request, delete your shipping and contact information from our active order records after reviewing your request, and send you a confirmation message once completed.
Legal Record-Keeping Exceptions
Please note that basic transaction invoices and proof of completed shipments may need to be retained to meet applicable record-keeping obligations.
